I can not select my destination
In the first step of the booking process you must select your destination, that is, the town, city or area where your accommodation is located. In future steps in the booking process you will be able to specify the exact address of your accommodation without any problems.
My hotel is not on the list, where do I choose it?
Do not worry, for private transfers you do not need to select a hotel from the list. Private transfers are a home service, so they will take you to the exact address that you indicate in step three of the booking process, first select the city or the area where your hotel is located.
What luggage can I bring?
You can carry 1 bag or suitcase for each seat of the vehicle with a maximum combined measurement of 158 cm (70cm high + 50cm long + 38cm wide) and 1 piece of hand luggage such as bags or small bags (such as camera covers, etc.) . Cabin trolleys are considered as a suitcase and not as carry-on luggage.
So the luggage you can carry depends on the vehicle you book. For example, a 4-seater vehicle has space for 4 bags or medium suitcases and 4 handbags that you can carry with you inside the vehicle. An 8-seat minivan has twice the capacity. If you doubt if your luggage will fit in the vehicle, book a larger one to ensure a comfortable ride.
Are there child seats available and at what age?
Yes, lift seats are recommended for children weighing between 15 and 36 kg (approx 4 -11 years).
Baby seats are suitable for children weighing between 9 and 18 kg (approx. 9 months to 4 years) and are looking forward. Please specify how many children's and / or infants' chairs you need in Step 3 of the reservation process.
We will provide you with child / baby seats that you have reserved whenever possible, however, on certain occasions the chairs may not be available, such as a last-minute replacement in the assigned vehicle or if the seats are not compatible with the seats due to the large size of the vehicle (with safety belts that are NOT 3 points). In these situations, we will refund the amount paid for the chairs not provided.
The prices of the seats will be sent once the reservation is made, they cost between € 8 and € 10 depending on the country.
If you are not willing to travel in the event that there are no chairs, please bring your own. If so, please let us know before the trip so that we can make sure that the vehicle is compatible with the stroller.
Inpetransfer.com always requires drivers to comply with the license of each vehicle in accordance with Local Law.
Will someone else travel in the vehicle that I travel?
The transfers are private, therefore you will travel only you and the companions that have reserved the vehicle.
What happens if my flight, train or boat is delayed?
The first thing to do is to notify us immediately, by phone, by mail, by whatsapp by sms .... we will try as much as possible to reorganize your collection but it is not guaranteed since the destination transport operators have scheduled the pick ups and a change can be a problem for your fleet of vehicles and your daily activity.
If you do not notify us of the delay and do not arrive at the time indicated in the reservation you will lose all rights and you will not be able to claim any expenses nor will any amount be refunded.
Where does the driver wait when he arrives?
For private transfers, drivers are waiting for you in the arrivals area with a sign with the name of the passenger or with "Inpetransfer.com". Note that in some airports, ports and stations there are specific meeting points, if this is the case, you are informed to your email.
How can I modify my booking?
If you need to make changes you must send it by email to email@example.com Once the partners validate the information, you will receive a receipt with the modifications made.
How can I cancel my booking?
To make any cancellation you can do it from the link that appears in the confirmation email. If we receive your request for cancellation more than 48 hours before the pick up time of the transfer you wish to cancel, you will be refunded the total amount paid for the transfer.
No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled transfer time to be canceled. In such cases, we will send you an email with the confirmation of the cancellation that you can use to claim expenses to your tour operator, airline or insurance company.
When is my reservation confirmed?
When making the payment you will receive a receipt with the status of PENDIENTE reserva, it means that we have received your order and the companions are processing the request. At the moment we have scheduled the requested transfer, you will receive a new email with the status CONFIRMED.
Remember that making the payment of a reservation does not imply confirmation in any case if the receipt of CONFIRMED reservation is not received.
Any unforeseen or cancellation on our part will be informed as soon as possible.
