How to book a private transfer with Inpetransfer.

Book your transfer in just a few steps. We'll guide you through the process from choosing your origin and destination to confirming your booking.

Choose origin, destination and date.

  • Select whether the trip is one way or round trip.
  • Write the name of the airport or its acronym, for example AGP or Malaga.
  • Search for the city where the accommodation or destination is located.
  • Select the total number of passengers, including children.
  • Enter the date or dates of the transfer and press Search.

Select the vehicle.

  • If you are a travel agency, log in to view your professional prices.
  • Choose the right vehicle based on the total number of passengers, including children.
  • If you need a different type of vehicle, use the option provided to request a custom price.
  • When you have the right option, press To select.

Complete the reservation details.

  • Fill in all the requested information for the service.
  • If children are traveling, select the type of car seat or booster seat required.
  • Use the comments field for any special needs or requirements.
  • Select the available payment method.
  • Accept the terms and conditions and confirm the booking.

After booking

You will receive confirmation when the service is accepted.

At the end of the process, the system will display confirmation that the request has been registered.

Please note that your booking may be pending acceptance by the provider. You will receive a confirmation email once the service is confirmed.
